Happy Trails Motorcycle Products Story

Following are extractions from e-mails between Happy Trails Motorcycle Products and one of their customers (who told us about the good business).

Last month someone posted the Happy Trails Web page and said it was the best value for Givi they had seen. They seemed to be correct. So, I ordered the Givi Universal top Case mount kit but there was a mix up on the price. With a little nooging their response has been satisfactory. Color me happy and willing to order from them again - but - doing a better job of citing and confirming the price.

The Givi Universal top Case mount arrived yesterday in good order. However, instead of the $36 price on your web page, the invoice showed you charged me $41.12. Reference: Your invoice number 18711, dated 09/17/03. Please issue a credit to my Visa card for the $5.12 difference. I would also appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy.

We have found the problem and it will be corrected. The web site had a price higher than you were billed and one lower than you were billed. You were not a web order you were a call in order. If the order had been placed on the web you would have received the incorrect that was lower or you could have also paid a higher price if you had ordered in another place off of the web.
Thank you for pointing out the error to us. As a reward I can you an additional 10% off of future Givi purchases or the $5.12 refund.
