Foxee's Lasagna Casserole (12-14 servings) 1 box lasagna noodles crumbled 1 lb of ground chuck or hamburger browned and drained. 1 can pitted and chopped black olives 2 cans mushrooms drained and chopped 1 cup dill pickles chopped 1 or 2 tbls horseradish (optional) 1 can Ragu garden or mushroom spaghetti sauce 4 cups of shredded pizza cheese 2 cups water Heat oven to 350° Spray a deep dish granite casserole pan or dutch oven with Pam cooking spray. Reserve one cup of cheese. Mix horseradish with the spaghetti sauce (optional). Layer the ingredients starting first with the spaghetti sauce, then noodles, hamburger, olives, mushrooms, pickles, and cheese. Repeat these layers until pan is almost full ending with the remaining spaghetti sauce. Pour over this the water. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Remove cover and continue baking for another ½ hour. Sprinkle one cup of cheese over this just before serving. My family loves this recipe and I thought I'd share it with the Roadies. You can add or remove ingredients if you like. This is my own personal taste. I have added Ricotta cheese along with the pizza cheese for a little different flavor.
